AdGenis Pro was founded after years spent managing paid media at enterprise level — including hands-on management of over $1M in monthly ad spend at a global media holding company. Working on campaigns for some of the world's largest brands taught us what excellent paid media actually looks like: rigorous data infrastructure, AI-native campaign architecture, and a full-funnel approach that connects every ad dollar to a measurable business outcome.
It also showed us something uncomfortable. The smaller businesses we'd encounter — the SMB owner spending $5,000 a month, the marketing director at a fast-growing startup — were being served by agencies applying a fraction of that rigour. Junior teams. Template strategies. Monthly PDFs full of vanity metrics that said nothing about whether the spend was actually working.
