- Email correspondence — retained for up to 36 months from the last correspondence, or as required for legal or compliance purposes
- Analytics data — Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (our account setting). Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
- Calendly booking data — subject to Calendly's own retention policy. We retain notes from calls for up to 24 months.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it securely or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.
